Byblos Lebanese Grill opened its Doors in the Summer of 2012 .
It is the translation of a Dream that Mike and Nancy Ayoub had for Years, They Dreamt of Traditional Delicious Food and dessert made from Scratch, with the freshest of ingredients.
So when the time was Right, they Moved from San Antonio, TX to Minnesota to be close to family and to fulfill their dream While seeking a better future for their three kids.
They wanted to share the taste of Authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean Food and dessert with others,
Hence Byblos Lebanese Grill was Born.
The name Byblos comes from the city of Byblos that is 7 Miles South of where Mike was born,
It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and was chosen by Condé Nast Traveler as the second best city in the Middle East for 2012, beating
Tel-Aviv and Dubai.
Also Chosen by the World Tourism Organization as
the best Arab tourist city for 2013.
